Since then, Lone Star Investments has acquired more land in Hudspeth County, Texas which has allowed us to offer our clients the most for their money. These tracts were established in a target pattern, with the more expensive tracts being in the middle of the bullseye and more affordable tracts the further out you get within the target. Just as a comparison, 147 square miles is larger than El Paso’s east side. We still have land available in the Fabens ranch, but we’ve also accumulated more ranches in the surrounding area.

What To Expect from Your Tract

Since all of our lots have road access, they are easily accessible and not landlocked. If you’re coming in from out of town and you’d just like to get acquainted with your investment, Lone Star Investments will gladly give you a tour of your land. If you aren’t happy with it, we will find another of equal value for you. We can also offer other larger lots if you’d like.
